12 JUNE 2023 | NALIGAYAN FESTIVAL – CULTURAL NIGHT

 

The National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) attends the grand opening of Agusan del Sur’s Naliyagan Festival 2023.

 

During the festivity various activities were conducted to highlight the rich cultural heritage of the Province, the festivities was also an opportunity to promote unity among Agsurnons. Hence, an IP Night was held with numerous presentations from different artists and ICCs/IPs — Bayang Barrios, Joey Ayala and Naliyagan Band.
