July 21, 2022/ The NCIP-CAR Regional Director- Atty. Atanacio D. Addog, NCIP-Kalinga Provincial Officer- Atty. Catherine B. Gayagay-Apaling and staff spearheaded the conduct of “Comprehensive IP Communities Empowerment Advocacy Inter-Agency AD Visitation” that participated in by elders/leaders, IPMRs, and IP Youths from the 46 Ancestral Domains of Kalinga province; LGUs representatives (PLGU, MLGU & BLGU) and from the different national line of agencies. The activity was highlighted with the presentation of PPAs of each national agencies and LGUs.
