The Teduray BARMM Leaders represented by Mr. Rogelio D. Egas, Timuay Alim M. Bandara, Timuay Leticio Datuwata, and Timuay Santos M. Usad together with NCIP Representatives, Commissioner for Central Mindanao Bo-i Jennifer Pia “Limpayen” Sibug-Las, Libungan CSC Head Engr. Roy Rangaban, Office on Empowerment and Human Rights Dir. Reynaldo Dingal, and MIPYO Spokesperson Bae Anna Jessamae Crisostomo had a privileged courtesy call with Senator Robinhood “Robin” C. Padilla in his Office at the Senate.
The main reason for the courtesy call is to reach out to Sen. Padilla regarding his Privilege Speech on Teduray Tribe last 22 November 2022, wherein the Office of Sen. Padilla has been very accommodating on the documents/facts presented by the Teduray Leaders and commits that they will review all the documents/facts submitted to them from NCIP, MIPA, and Teduray Tribe.
The Office of Sen. Padilla asked for the commitment of the Teduray Leaders that once they pursue the fight for them, they are expecting that the Tribe Leaders must also be still on their stand and give their full support such as attending all hearings and deliberations.
