Day 1 of the two-day Healing, Reconciliation, and Operationalization of the 11 Building Blocks in the Ancestral Domain in Support to the Whole of Government/Whole of Nation Approach (WoG/WoNA) by Empowering the Former Rebels (FRs), IP Youth/IP-Enlisted Personnel (IP-EP) and IP Leaders was conducted today, July 7, 2022, in Manding Loreta Resort, Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte. The activity was implemented in a hybrid approach, with physical venue and through virtual platform via Zoom Meetings.

IP Leaders, IP Youth, IP Women of the Ancestral Domains within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) of 901st Brigade, 4th Infantry (Diamond) Division, Philippine Army are the participants of the said activity, including the FRs and IP-EPs stationed therein. Commanders and Triad of Officers of 901st Brigade, the Philippine National Police (PNP)- Agusan del Norte, and the different National Government Agencies (NGAs) also attended the said activity.

Orientation on Indigenous Peoples Rights, 901st Brigade AOR Situation Update, Knowing the enemy, Zoning Framework, the 11 Building Blocks Framework, and the established 11 Building Blocks of the Obu Manuvu from Region 11 were among the subjects discussed today. Various topics are yet to be presented with its consequent application during the workshop proper tomorrow, July 8, 2022.

With this, NCIP Caraga, in partnership with the different stakeholders, shall continue to design projects and programs for the good and welfare of our IP brothes and sisters.
