Geneva, Switzerland │ On 21 April 2023, the Philippine Delegation for the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (UNCERD) Constructive Dialogue visited the United Nations Headquarters in Geneva.

 

The visit forms part of the delegation’s study tour activities to learn from the United Nations best practices in ensuring compliance on international commitments on conventions.

 

The Philippine delegation are National Commission on Indigenous Peoples Chairperson and head of delegation Allen A. Capuyan, Undersecretary Severo Catura of the Presidential Human Rights Committee Secretariat (PHRCS), and other officials from the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA) of the Supreme Court, and the Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC).
