National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) conducted its Agency Planning, Review, and Evaluation Activity (APREA)

The National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) conducted its Agency Planning, Review, and Evaluation Activity (APREA) to fully assess its performance as regards the implementation of Program, Activities, and Projects (PAPs) and to continuously plan to address the needs of the Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs), held in Taguig City from April 25-28, 2023.
 
The APREA was attended by the Regional Technical Management System Division Chiefs and Planning Officers from the 13 Regions in the country, as well as the technical officers from the NCIP Central Office Bureaus.
 
During the conduct of the APREA, the participants underwent workshops on the Review and Validation of the Overall Implementation of the IP Master Plan (IPMP) 2020-2024, PAPs Review, Recalibration of Targets, and the Preparation for the 2024 Program Matrix.
 
The outputs of the participants shall serve as one of the tools in the review of the IPMP 2020-2024, the formulation of the next IPMP for the years 2025-2029, as well as the more urgent need for the planning of targets for the 2024 budget preparation.
