11 October 2023 | The National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) Chairperson and Ethnographic Commissioners attended Cross-learning Sessions on the Collaborative Implementation of Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project at the Luxent Hotel in Quezon City.
Chairperson Jennifer Pia Sibug-Las imparted a message to participants to acknowledge their customary laws, respect, recognize, promote, and protect the rights and interests of Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs) in ancestral domains where the SPLIT Project will be implemented.
