NCIP CAR Benguet FPIC Team, headed by Atty. Harriet N. Abyadang, and CAR Sablan CSC FPIC Team facilitated and documented the Second Community Assembly (CA2) of 15 Barangays of La Trinidad, Benguet regarding Bineng 3 4.5MW HEPP of Hedcor Benguet, Inc. renewal held at the Wangal Sports Complex Gym, Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet. The activity was attended by IP Elders/Leaders, LTIPO, and ICCs/IPs of La Trinidad AD along with representatives from the Governor’s Office and Hedcor Benguet, Inc. The NCIP Team also conducted IEC on COVID-19 and NA 2020-008-01/NA 2021-008-02 and answered queries during the Open Forum.
