LOOK | March 10, 2022 – NCIP Chairman Allen Capuyan together with the DND & DFA delegation paid a visit to the Institute of History of Spain Armed Forces where they saw the documents of the Katipuneros & the revolutionaries and hundred years old Philippine maps. The visit shows the importance and value of appreciating our historical background.
