UPDATE | March 6, 2022 – NCIP Chairman Allen Capuyan with the DND & DFA delegation offered a set (3 Vol) of ICCs/IPs Coffee Table Books to Cardinal Luis Tagle & other priests from the Vatican together with the Phil Ambassador to Spain and the Consul General of Barcelona, Spain. The team also visited and gave appreciation on the Barcelona Exhibits in the Philippine Consulate Office of our history of relationship with Spain
