Director Gillian Dunuan of NCIP Legal Affairs Office presented the result of a series of workshops and Focused Group Discussions (FGDs) on the Collaborative Framework with the public sector for the operationalization of the 11 Building Blocks. The commitments and agreements of more than 50 partner agencies and private institutions during the FGDs were documented and collated for the identification of the ways forward.
The commitments and agreements to operationalize the collaborative framework will be converted into a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) or memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to solidify NCIP’s partnership with the public and private sectors, which shall be cascaded and disseminated to Regional Offices, Provincial Government Units, Local Government Units, and to ICCs/IPs.
