9 June 2023 | In celebration of the country’s 125th Independence Day, the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples set up an Information, Education and Communication Exhibit along with different National Government Agencies in the “Mga Pampamahalaang Programa at Serbisyo” at the Luneta Park in the City of Manila.
The exhibit aims to raise awareness on the rights, interests, customs and traditions, and institutions of Indigenous Cultural Communities / Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs) in the country. Led by the NCIP on Education, Culture, and Health, the exhibit runs until 11th June 2023.
NCIP will continue its advocacy to promote the rights and well-being of ICCs/IPs in the country.
