NCIP Region XIII Director; Manobo, Talaandig, Higaonon, and, Bawaon ICCs/IPs; and, various representatives from the different National Government Agencies (NGAs) were also present during the activity.

 

During the declaration of the official opening of the Naliyagan Festival, the Governor stated that “Utang kabubut-on nato kanila ang atong cultural identity that has lived through the years!”. He also thanked every Agsurnons, and visitors for their presence and taking part of the celebration.

 

To conclude the grand opening, ceremonial doves were released to symbolize freedom, peace, and love for all Agsurnons, regardless of roots and origins.
