NCIP undergoes ISO 9001:2015 training
Members of National Commission on Indigenous Peoples’ (NCIP) Quality Management System (QMS) Support Team attended the training on ISO 9001:2015 and Documentation provided by the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) on November 10, 11, 14, and 15, 2022.
The 4-day training aimed to develop the participants’ knowledge and understanding of quality concepts and principles, and the requirements defined in ISO 9001:2015 standard, as well as relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
The DAP Project Team composed of Mr. Samuel Rosal, Mr. Arnel Nuñez, and Ms. Janina Ferrer, facilitated all discussions and workshops to ensure the attainment of the training objectives.
The NCIP is a beneficiary agency of the Government Quality Management Program (GQMP) for 2022. The GQMP is a national government-funded program that promotes quality improvement in the public sector.
