An AD visitation was conducted in Burgos, Ilocos Sur by NCIP personnel namely Atty. Marvin Biligan- PO, Atty. Laarni Tumacdang-RLO, Engr. Eduardo Palasiw Jr.-CDO III, Leticia Teo-CAO I, Elsa Bigornia-TAA II, Michelle Ann Sorio-TAA I, Ingrid Damilig-Nurse I, together with the Municipal Mayor, MLGOO, MPDC, PNP and AFP, Barangay officials and IPO leaders and members. The discussions were focused on:

(1) Obu- Manuvu building blocks;

(2) Burgos building blocks;

(3) Four NCIP CEB Resolutions condemning the atrocities committed by the CPP-NPA-NDF and its front organizations against ICCs/IPs;

(4) Programs and activities about NTF-ELCAC shared by the AFP and PNP;

(5) Harmonization of local guidelines; and

(6) Open forum.
