On 07 February 2022, the Oath-taking of Municipal IPMR and coordination/orientation for the delineation for the issuance of CADT was done at Poblacion, Langiden, Abra. The activity was attended by NCIP PO Genesis P. Quiblado, Engr. Aldelbert Galera, Engr. Delfin Turqueza, Mr. Carlo Labuguen, Mr. Virgilio Cabanas, Mr. Renato Basa, Ms. Shezel Omli Alvis-Biscarra, Ms. Grace Cleofas Escala, LGU; and the Municipal Mayor, Municipal Vice-Mayor, Sangguniang Bayan, LGU Staff, and Barangay Captains.
NCIP PO Genesis P. Quiblado discussed the overview of the activity. Engr. Delfin Turqueza presented the Certificate of Affirmation of Elders to Mr. Agustin Blue, the Municipal IPMR. Municipal Mayor Hon. Artemio C. Donato Jr. administered the oath-taking. Engr. Delfin Turqueza conducted a short orientation on IPRA and the issuance of CADT. Engr. Aldelbert Galera presented and discussed the six (6) stages of CADT Delineation. PO, CDO, and Engineer addressed the CADT related questions of the attendees. The Municipal Mayor and the members of the Sangguniang Bayan expressed their full support to the project. Mayor Donato also volunteered the assistance of the Municipal Engineer, MPDC, and Municipal Assessor.
