Pugo CSC Buena Adela F. Nengasca, together with Cifriana S. Daus and Santos Delban S. Abuan, facilitated and documented the Validation and Approval of Barangay Local Guidelines for the reselection of Barangay IPMR of New Poblacion held at Multi-Purpose Bldg., New Poblacion, Burgos, La Union.
The formulated guidelines by the ICCs/IPs based on the National Guidelines was presented, specifying those provisions with modifications for their validation before their approval.
Ms. Nengasca explained further the qualifications, disqualifications, functions of IPMR, and other duties and responsibilities.
Meanwhile, Municipal Mayor Robert B. Madarang, Jr. acknowledged the presence of NCIP and participants who came for the event, rendered his message with reminders and advices, extended his support, and congratulated whoever will win for the Barangay Selection.
