Sec Allen A Capuyan, NCIP Chairman in partnership with IPIYAL Foundation Inc and 10th Infantry Division facilitates distribution of food packs and Informal Dialogue to Rano Massacre Victim at So Rano Brgy Binaton Digos City, ATA Manobo ICCs/IPs of JBL Talingod Davao Del Norte & ATA ICCs/IPs of So Pamantawan Paquibato District Davao City. The endeavor benefitted 100 households from So. Rano Digos City, 400 from JBL Talaingod Davao Del Norte and 350 from Pamantawan Paquibato District Davao City who gratefully received food packs.
