02 November 2022 | The National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) Chairperson and National Commission of Senior Citizens (NCSC) Commissioner Reymar Mansilungan, together with Governor Ricarte Padilla of Camarines Norte, had a discussion on the Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative (IPMR) issues and concerns in the Province of Camarines Norte.
After the meeting, the NCIP turned over sets of Project Epanaw’s Three (3) Coffee Table Books (CTBs), Annual Reports, and Poster of the 11 Building Blocks of Resilient, Responsive, and Relevant ICCs/IPs in their Ancestral Domains.
