The National Commission on Indigenous Peoples through the Joint Regional Task Force 10 (JRTF 10) spearheaded the blended platform Inter-Agency and ICCs/IPs dialogue towards Resolution of Burning Issues of the IP Communities in the Municipality of Quezon, Bukidnon at the Municipal Hall of Quezon, Bukidnon.

The burning issues presented were the series of harassments of the Rancho Montalvan Security Guards to the Manobo-Talaandig ICCs/IPs (Man-ohay clan) at Sitio Anibong, Dologon, Bukidnon from January 22, 2016, until the present and non-compliance of Mr. Pablo Lorenzo III to the Memorandum of Agreement signed by Datu Silvino Dogongan and Mr. Pablo Lorenzo on July 16, 2012.
The ways forward of the activity in Man-Ohay AD are the review of the existing MOA through the facilitation by the NCIP CSC Maramag, communication with the Rancho Montalvan on the compliance with the provisions of the MOA, resolution of internal conflict between IPs through the customary dispute resolution and healing and reconciliation, request for assistance from the Municipal Local Government of Quezon while in Kianteg, the MLGU Quezon through the Mayor to assist in the conduct of a dialogue with the Kianteg Development Corporation (KDC), resolution of internal conflict between IPs so that the delineation process will push through, Conduct of dialogue between the parties, in case of failure of dialogue, issuance of a show-cause order against KDC or any responsible party and the issuance of a Cease and Desist Order against responsible parties.
