03 November 2022 | The National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) Chairperson takes part during the Seminar on Knowing the Enemy (KTE) conducted by the National Intelligence Coordinating Office (NICA), National Capital Region (NCR) Office in coordination with NCR Police Office, PNP, and Special Intelligence Training School (SITS), ISAFP on 03 November 2022, at the SITS, ISAFP, Camp Emilio Aguinaldo, Quezon City.
During the seminar, Datu Bawan Jake Lanes, Executive Director of Mindanao Indigenous Peoples Council of Elders and Leaders (MIPCEL), and Datu Jumong Guaynon, Secretary of MIPCEL shared their experiences and knowledge in the Dynamics of Red and White Area Operations.
NCIP Chairperson also graced his experiences, expertise, and words of encouragement with the participants.
After the seminar, the NCIP turned over sets of Project Epanaw’s Three (3) Coffee Table Books (CTBs), Annual Reports, and Poster of the 11 Building Blocks of Resilient, Responsive, and Relevant ICCs/IPs in their Ancestral Domains to the NICA.
