18 January 2024 | NCIP Participates in the turnover ceremony of vehicles and other assistance to TANAY DUMAGAT/REMONTADO ANCESTRAL DOMAIN DEVELOPMENT (TANAYDRADDEV) Inc.

Chairperson Jennifer Pia Sibug-Las together with Administrative Services (AS) Director Atty. Josefina Rodriguez-Agusti, Legal Affairs Office (LAO) Director Atty. Brain Masweng, Executive Assistant Michael Bugnosen, NCIP Region IV-A Director Dr. Carlos Buasen Jr, and NCIP Region IV-A Provincial Officer Eddielito Sumangil joined the ceremonial turnover of vehicles and other assistance to the members of the TANAYDRADDEV Inc.

As part of their Corporate Social Responsibility, the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage Systems (MWSS) led by Administrator Engr. Leonor C. Cleofas along with other MWSS officials provided service vehicles and livelihood assistance to the Dumagat Remontado ICCs/IP of Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal.

A total of 14 vehicles composed of 6 L300 FBs, 2 Vans, and 6 Jeepneys were given to ease the day-to-day lives of the ICCs/IPs and promote socio-economic development in the area. Moreover, livelihood assistance amounting to Php 250,000 were also provide to each of the 10 communities of the Dumagat Remontado ICCs/IPs. The livelihood assistance is composed of agricultural implements, capital for rice and general merchandise retail stores, poultry and feeds supply, and others.

The turnover ceremony took place at the Ynares Covered Court in Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal and was also graced by Tanay Mayor Rafael Tanjuatco.
