13 September 2023 | National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP) Region V participated in turnover of first 23 out of 58 unit of household for Kabihug/Manide Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs) in Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte.

 

The Housing Project is a collaboration effort of National Housing Authority (NHA), NCIP, and Local Government Unit (LGU) of Jose Panganiban; it is intended to provide suitable environment for ICCs/IPs to improve their quality of life.

 

To cap the activity, 23 Kabihug families were granted housing units; while the remaining 35 units were under construction to be turned over.
